The location of the hotel seems to be convenient, as it is close to various attractions and amenities. the rooms were equipped with necessary facilities such as a kitchen and fans, which provided convenience.

There were multiple complaints regarding cleanliness, with reports of cockroaches found in rooms and dirty conditions throughout the hotel premises.

Since it is located south of the "strip" the traffic is less congested than hotels closer in to town.

The mattress was the most uncomfortable one we have ever slept on. It has about a quarter inch of padding on top of the springs. The walls are paper thin and and we could hear all of the partying in rooms next to us and above us. Needless to day, we slept very little and came home totally exhausted. Not the perfect "vacation."

We were given an upgraded room at the same price due to adding a person and a room for disabled was not available for two.

The rooms floor made my feet black. It could have been cleaned.

Convenient Location and Good Price, but. This hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced. the room had a kitchenette and a comfortable bed which was a plus. the parking lot seemed secure and well lit. the room was dirty and rundown, with stained carpets and bedding. the bathroom was smelly and had mold on the tiles. Worst of all, there were cockroaches crawling everywhere, even in the kitchen utensil drawer! I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and pest problem.

Good value for the money.

I have a Mac and had constant problems with the internet. Their staff was unable to come up with a solution for me and after a while I found an available wi-fi from an outside source that I was able to use.

The mattresses were so bad it was like sleeping on bare metal springs.

Great location, close to the strip and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our Christmas vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests we had. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi, making our stay even more convenient.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The noise levels were quite high, especially during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

i loved this hotel but it has no elevators and three floors but other than that it is a great hotel to stay at

- there were cockroaches in our living room and bathroom. - we asked for extra towels twice but never received any. - the window blinds in both the bedroom and living room did not cover the window properly so from the outside people can see into our room. - both remote controls for the tv's in the living room and bedroom did not work.

I was happy for money I paid ,Overal for first time it was good experance, and I will back.

Sorry, but I have never been to or visited a slum until I stayed at Emerald Suites. I did not feel safe, the curtains did not close and the faucets did not work properly.

It was close to the place where we were working. The rooms were accessible and everything was kept up very neat - landscaping was great. Staff in the office were helpful and nice.

On the outside the place looks really nice but when you go into the rooms the furniture seems very old and sad. The bed seemed very old but was surprisingly comfortable. It served it's purpose of having a place to sleep.

The hotel is very well located in vicinity to the strip. The pool appearance was very inviting.

The hotel had 3 floors and there was no elevator or luggage carts available for use. Additionally, as I was told by several of the longterm residents; the temperature of the jaccuzi is always cold unless someone complains.

the fact it had a seperate living room from the room.

i did not like the fact that a roach came out in the kitchen, after that i was just sick and groused out.... i also asked for room service and the house keeper said if i have time cause we have a lot of guest.....

The faculty gave us a nice discount b/c they didn't have a room key for us. They ended up giving us the same rate b/c we stayed another night. Nice place. Just as good as the strip.
